Time flies when you’re having fun! It’s only been a few months since we last put pen to paper (or more accurately, fingers to keys!) but so much has happened that we want to share with you all our exciting developments…
In the three years since Rosie On Fire arrived on the scene, our focus has been creating a brand that resonates with strong, sassy, confident woman. By bringing together an international team of likeminded individuals, we’ve created things we are proud of, things that help women feel fabulous. We are now ready to turn up the volume! This is whats been happening behind the scenes…
Having a place to call home is key. We’ve been looking for somewhere from which we would be able to better develop concepts, design new pieces and explore fresh ideas. When we stumbled upon our very own piece of the English countryside, it was a match made in heaven! After a few long days of moving and a few more long days of settling in, we are ready for action.
2. Even More Beautiful Things
We’ve been busy making more things that you’ll love! Take a look at our expanded range which now includes scarves, throws, dresses and jewellery…
3. We’re Now In Store!
Kimonos and memories of poolside days, lapping up the sun rays and the scent of a warm summer breeze, just go together. We want to be where you’re making those memories. As of 2018, we are now featured at resorts in the Caribbean and couldn’t be happier! In addition, we’re excited to be working with boutiques in Canada and to be increasing our efforts to bring Rosie On Fire to stores near you.
4. Rosie Cares
We love beautiful things, but beautiful people are our motivation. We are shaped by the people we meet and the impression they make upon us. The ROF team dedicates one day each month as part of our Rosie Cares program. We help at orphanages, care homes, refugee centres or other places of need in the local community. It’s just one of the ways we try to give back.
Autism is close to our hearts at ROF. Angeline’s (our founder) brother is autistic, this is where the heart of our company comes from. Autistic people have many strengths and given the right opportunities, flourish and effectively contribute to companies. Often it’s the lack of opportunity that’s a problem. With that in mind, our long term goal is to have a 20% autistic workforce in roles that suit their skills such as order fulfillment.
In the last year Angeline has been recognised by Autism Parenting Magazine as an #autismwarrior, and as a company we continue to work to make a positive impact wherever we can, whether it’s making our customers feel confident or empowering the people on our team or around us.
That’s it from us for now, see you next week!
